Pretty awesome video of me flexing my bicep after a workout.

Jealousy is a disease and it certainly spreads like one when somebody is doing something great/right when most of the world operates in a negative way. Small minds cannot comprehend big spirits.
Thank you Chuck! I am feeling great lately now that I have started doing my workouts, and yes progress is certainly awesome. (:
Congratulations! Making progress feels great, doesn't it? You've got a LONG way to go, but like I said yesterday, you've actually started. That is the most difficult step for most.
Oh, and by the way, as entertaining as your dialog with Jon can be, please be aware that there is a difference between being pleased for someone and being envious of them. We are not envious of you. Speaking for myself only, though, I am most definitely happy for you. Congratulations on a good start.
You think I'm going to read all that? Yeah right jealous ass.
Haven't been hitting the weights that long but already loving the progress I'm seeing.
Not a delusion since you are here blatantly getting angry because I am posting things your tiny little mind could never comprehend. You think you are ridiculing me when you are only making a statement about yourself and that is jealousy because you know you can't compete and you really want to. Negativity isn't the answer.
Not sure how long you have been hitting the weights but you still look a bit scrawny. It looks like you are using too much or not enough Brawndo; it can be tricky but you really need to find the correct balance.
Why would I want to laugh at myself when I can laugh at you getting upset over my progress? Move along.
And hello jealous Jon! Good to see you crying again today.
