If girls like wearing nail polish = Girls like guys that wear nail polish? Maybe, but unlikely.

In my experience, you can't use a transitive (?) argument to understand women. If only....

Don't think it works that way, champ.  Girls also like cute matching bra-and-panty-sets.  Doesn't mean she'd want to see you wear one.
