Most men today, are not sufficiently equipped when it comes to a wardrobe. So I’ve decided to offer some assistance in this matter. This is meant to be a starter. You can always add more, but everything should start with a foundation. I will provide this. At the end of this blog, you will at least, have the knowledge to build the foundation of your wardrobe. You also will have a timeless wardrobe, that will never go out of style. You are always free to contact a member of the EMI Wardrobe Consulting Staff, and we will be more than happy to assist you in anyway you need. Now let’s see what is needed to get you on your way, please see the following , in no particular order:

  1. A single-breasted navy blue and gray suit, both in medium weight that can be worn year-round
  2. An Overcoat
  3. Navy blazer
  4. Two pair of shoes, one black the other brown
  5. Two white dress shirts
  6. One Blue dress shirt
  7. Casual shirt (Rugby, Henley, V-neck)
  8. Two Polo shirts
  9. A simple belt either black or brown (must match shoes)
  10. Dark colored tie
  11. Several dark colored socks
  12. Basic straight leg jeans
  13. Underwear and under shirts
  14. Sweater (full and vest)
  15. Accessories
  • Sunglasses
  • Watch
  • Cuff links
  • Hat, scarf, gloves
  • Wallet
  • Optional, necklace, ring,
