So it's silly time of the year again and over the weekend I decided to go ahead and commit to partaking in a sprint triathlon in May 2013.

Its silly because I dont have a bike yet and havent run a whole lot due to a painful knee and a twisted ankle.

I planned on writing a post every week or month to help keep me honest with the training

Today was day 1of a 22week journey,   Started with a 20 minute run and a 200yard swim.

Everything felt good - went to bed after 10 minutes of yoga,

Looking forward to this trip
