I've spent a couple of days trying to find a fear to conquer. My first thought was talking to a fine young lady that I have met recently, but I haven't seen her during the past week.
Second prize was conflict - I have never been fond of conflict. I bought a bottle of cologne last week, after the seller assured me that it was genuine. It was about 50% of the normal price. The packaging looked legit, but after opening it, the bottle did not.
Scary as it is, I decided to pick up the phone, call the seller and demand my money back. I pictured a scenario resulting in an argument of epic proportions... and none of that happened. I explained my dissatisfaction to the seller, he saw my point of view and agreed to give me a refund. Had I not conquered my fear of conflict, I would've been stuck with a bottle of counterfeit cologne and out of 350 bucks (ZAR).
