Kettlebell Workouts: The Kettlebell Swing

What a Month

Well I have been busy since I wrote last.  It seems summer is really here and I am loving it. 

 

Since last time we Hiyo and I planted a garden at Nana’s.  We planted 2 cherry tomato plants, 2 tomato plants, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 eggplant, 1 Japanese Eggplant, and a bunch of cucumbers.   Miskao has been taking them to Nana’s almost…
