cardio

hi am currently planning to join the USMC and my only and biggest problem is cardio i mean am very good at pumping weights i even bench press 200 pounds but its damn cardio every time i start running i only cover one mile and then cardio kicks in before considering the marine corp almost all my work out was simply pumping iron while it was great for my muscles it did little or no benefit for my cardio so can any body who joined or is a marine give me some tipsSee More
