Hey Gents, I used to have a set physical fitness routine that you could set your watch by. I was in the gym around 11:00am and out by 12:30 (my work day didn't start til 2:30pm, so I was able to squeeze it in in the mornings). But my schedule at work has changed where I work from about 8:30am to 6:30 pm. My nights are usually spent with my fiancee, so I figured getting up in the mornings would be the best time to work out. Anyone out there know of articles on how to use this site most efficiently?
