I have a fully automatic espresso machine, so we use whole beans, particularly, dark roasts, like Sumatra or a good french roast, as long as it a has a bite. Not too fond of Central American blends, although, my favorite is Guatemala. I also, love using the french press pot. Especially, when its colder outside, so I can savor the brew. Not much of a Latte/Cappuccino guy, unless its for company. I can make a great creamy peppermint latte for the holidays.
I also, when time permits will roast my own coffee beans. It's a lot of fun and you can create your own roasts, blends, and add more robusta beans for a higher c affine content.
thanks for the add man!
where is that castle.
