Hi all, I'm wondering if any UK based AOM'ers have any experience of attending any BMF classes?I've heard of it before but it's not been arranged in my area until now.They are starting up in my local park in 2 weeks time and I am thinking of heading along to the Saturday morning sessions. For my part, I am an out of shape...very slightly overweight average Joe.I've neevr been an "Athlete" but have always had some base level of fitness from playing football etc same as most people.The last 3…See More
