I love hiking.  I usually go alone, or with my dog.  The solitude and peace "up there" is, for me, unmatched in the world. Here's a GoPro video link if you want to follow me along. Warning: It is 20…Continue

June 27 - Chat not functioning

Currently the chat, and active member list do not appear to be functioning on any browser, for any users. I have notified Brett, and did not see anything on Ning's site regarding an issue, so I don't know what to expect regarding a resolution, but wanted to push out a general notice. Hopefully they'll get things running again soon. I'll post updates here, if I learn of any. See More

How do we greet one another

I was on my bike and he was walking.  His shirt was off and you could tell he was happy to be out enjoying the day with his body exposed to the sun and wind.  His physique was not impressive and it caused him no amount of inhibition, he was doing his thing and loving it.I wanted to call out as I rode past, to say something, even to stop and tell him "Me Too".But I didn't. and as I rode on I wondered - How do we greet one another? How do we show support and encouragement?  How do we express an…See More
