So I just bought a new (to me) house last July. The home is 16 years old. I bought it for a great price, BUT it needed/needs a few updates and fixes. I knew about the issues going in....so thats fine. Although I can comfortably afford the mortgage, I've been pumping a lot of my disposable income into this house and will continue to do so, likely for the rest of the year. Most of the improvements are elective.....but I'd just assume get them done ASAP.(oh and just to head off any…See More
