How to tie a bowtie

Begin with one end in the left hand extending 1 to 1.5” below the end in the right hand.

Cross the longer end over the shorter and pass it through the loop

Double the Shorter end and place across collar points. Hold in place and drop the long end over the front of the loop

Place right index finger pointing up on bottom half of hanging part. Pass up behind front loop.

Nudge resulting loop though knot behind front loop.

Hold the bow at both folded ends and pull carefully to tighten the knot.
