I've been shaving my head for the past 3-4 years, I love the look. Once my hair started to get thin, I figured I'd go out gracefully.I typically shave my head 1-2 times per week. I still have a good…Continue

"I shave my head and beard 2-3 times a week. I generally do the head in the shower and use a Schick Hydro 5 razor with just plain old soap. Then when I'm finished with that, I'll dry up and then shave my beard at the sink with the same…"

"I've been using a straight razor to shave my head and face for about 6 years now. THough when time is an issue I'll still break out the old gillette 3 bladed rig and just zip it clean in the shower, I love my straight razor shaving. "

"Beard trimmer to get it short, shaving cream and the Mach 3 I've been using on my beard.  I have to do it every 2 or 3 days (Hair grows fast)  In a pinch, running late or don't have the time I put the rotary on and do a quick…"

"Same boat here -- I used to grow my hair out super long, get sick of it, and buzz it off.  The last cycle I noticed I was a little...thinner up top. I've been using the Gilette Mach3 Sensitive Disposable razors with Nivea Sensitive…"

"I don't shave my entire head, but in warm weather I keep the sides and back shaved.     I use my Norelco electric, after a 000 buzz.  Gives me a closer shave, with less irritation than any other method I've tried."

"When I shaved my head, I used a balding clipper followed by the head blade, which I purchased specifically for the occasion.  It worked very well. I wish I looked better with a shaved head.  Looks great from the front, but funky from the…"

Shaving your head, what do use?

I've been shaving my head for the past 3-4 years, I love the look. Once my hair started to get thin, I figured I'd go out gracefully.I typically shave my head 1-2 times per week. I still have a good bit of hair. I've been using the same razor and shaving cream I use for my beard.. A sensor excel... it has 3-4 blades though I somewhat think that's a waste. What does everyone use to shave their head? I'm sure there is something better than I use. Thanks!See More

Sir replied to john sorrentino's discussion what to post on my website?
"An article on punctuation, mechanics of writing, and packing punch into writing wouldn't be amiss, since that's a big part of what you're going for. For being manly, you can survey civilizations' ideas (see Manhood in the…"

"I think that's a really good idea and the website looks clean. What ideas do you have right now. Try and just do a brain dump on paper and get every idea out. Good, bad, ugly, and then just start narrowing down what you want to write…"

Mongoose replied to Mongoose's discussion Question on Shoulders/Shirt Fit in the group Exercise
"I alter them myself. The problem is that you cannot alter a shirt's shoulders. I usually am able to find shirts which fit, and have a great wardrobe. It's just an issue for work shirts or other shirts which do not have an athletic fit."

Clinton R. Ausmus replied to Mongoose's discussion Question on Shoulders/Shirt Fit in the group Exercise
"Have you tried tailored shirts?  Or taking shirts you buy and having them altered?  Alterations aren't as expensive as you'd think they are, and you'll get a much cleaner fit, which will make your frame look even better."

"Well, I officially have a Yeard, I think. And it's also today that I have my hair cut. Since it appears that the long beard does not make me look more attractive, but less, I shall have my barber trim up my beard (and, thus, elate my wife, who…"

Question on Shoulders/Shirt Fit

Tell me if what I am noticing is a real phenomenon, or just me:I've been lifting for about two years, and there is muscular growth around my chest, biceps, and triceps. This has affected how my shirts fit, and I've needed to give away many of my old t-shirts and dress shirts. However, I am not sure what's happening with shirts with regard to the shoulder seam. That seam where the sleeve connects with the torso of the shirt should be at the top of your arm, not down your arm. If it's down your…See More
