Kettlebell Workouts: The Kettlebell Swing

Working with a piece of fitness equipment such as the Kettlebell, can be very advantageous to your overall fitness goals. The Kettlebell Swing, specifically, is a Core to Extremity movement, so it can be demanding physically when you are fatigued in the middle of a Kettlebell workout.
