Not sure if you guys saw this, but I thought you'd have some opinions on the matter: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20101124/ap_on_sp_fo_ne/fbn_titans_youngTo summarize, Vince Young apologizes by text, and the Coach things a man would apologize face to face.  I personally couldn't agree with the coach more.  What do you think?See More

As I sit here on this 2nd weekend in November looking out my window at 5 inches of fallen snow with plenty more to come, I think of all the things I was supposed to do today. Maybe if I jot them down, you'll remember to pick them up before the inevitable winter comes creeping to you.

1. Put the patio furniture and grill away

2. Reorganize the shed- I always like to reorganize my shed late in the fall. I keep some Christmas stuff (tree, lights) in there, and it's nice to…

Hi Ryan. You seem like a very nice young man. I'd be willing to help you with your resume if you'd like. I've helped friends of mine with theirs. I'm pretty good at it. Anyway, it's up to you. No pressure. I'm usually online in the morning and then later at night if you want to respond. I wouldn't charge you anything. Let me know.

Shoulders!

Guys, I’ve been weight training for almost 4 years now.  In this time I have experimented a lot. I’ve tried different workout plans, exercises, diets, meal plans and training/rest patterns.I’ve sampled everything from Mike Mentzer’s Heavy Duty workouts, to Mike Rashid’s overtraining and found that neither actually works for me. Mentzer’s regime was too slow and lacking in intensity and I actually found myself getting weaker.  As for Rashid’s overtraining ideas, I found myself with a nasty…See More
