Looking for a mentor

So I guess you can say I was a late bloomer and at 42, I am looking for a mentor. Just someone I could confide in, talk to, and gain some insight and wisdom. I'm engaged and have a 17 yr old daughter and two stepsons; one 14 and one 6. I feel there's always room for me to grow. If anyone is interested, please let me know!See More

I have no idea how to be with my junior Marines how to gain their respect as a leader and their trust. Especially since some were…See More
