Raising Christian Kids

I was reading this article, "Raising Children Who Believe" by Fr. Peter Gilquest (of blessed memory + ) and it got me thinking. There are a lot of Christian fathers here, I'm sure. One of the greatest fears I've had for my son (currently in utero lol) is that he will leave The Church someday. Has anyone here raised children who've stayed faithful? What helped them? What helped you stay faithful? What have you…See More

Rawb,
I'm am Orthodox, how could YOU tell? The photos with the bishops? I pegged you because of the host with the Chi-Rho. Not many beside a traditionalist Western Christan would have that. I didn't check your page so I just went for RC or CoE.

If you're wondering about any obscure celtic saints, tomorrow is St Lawdog's day. He was a 6th Cent. Welsh saints. Not much is known of him, but he does have 4 churches dedicated to him in St David's Diocese. I'd be interested in talking theology with you some time. I come from a traditional Lutheran background, and converted to EO a couple years ago after a LONG search for the fullness of Truth.
