"No..it's a myth! Sex or masturbation does not deplete T levels so it will not ruin your workout gains. However having a high sex drive is the result of high T levels. T levels do go up right after a workout but it is only  temporary."

A friend had informed me that he tends to relieve himself after a workout due to the testosterone buildup, but I've also read that doing so would ruin your gains and render working out unless. Is this true? Should a man not pleasure himself after a grueling workout?See More
