What would be considered physically weak?

I'm obviously not a gym rat and I'm very ignorant about fitness, but I am trying to improve my health and overall body composition. To skip the point, I'm not certain on how to have a decent workout and what defines someone as physically strong. Though I'm not entirely sure of what I can do (or what my max is), the last amount of weight I've squatted was 205 lbs. which doesn't seem to be a lot since I believe most people can squat twice their weight (I weight 234 lbs. or so). I did 10 reps of…See More

I honestly don't know what to do.

I apologize for the very long post. I slightly felt the need to vent.I gained an interest in a friend of mine who I met two semesters ago and for the past two weeks up to now, we've been talking and getting to know each other (talking as in normal conversing but I did flirt with him a bit). I asked if he was free during the weekend of next week and he told me he was going to Renn Fest and that I should come. It was only him and I at that point but then plans were moved to another day. I…See More

"I now weight 247lbs. or so, when I used to 251lbs. not too long ago, so I suppose I'm making some progress after doing core/glute exercises. I don't know if it's allowed, but I've heard that exercising in the buff has benefits,…"

Read your recent post in Growing in Manliness, trying to reply...but keep losing my post (things are hectic at work).  I'll try to post soon, we're going through similiar things.  I wonder how much of your backstory leading to these issues is like my own. I'm posting here so you don't feel everyone is just ignoring your post.

I think, I need to learn to trust again, and it sounds like you're struggling with the same thing.  Maybe we can help each other?  Send me a message once we're friends and we can talk.
