To skip the point, I'm not certain on how to have a decent workout and what defines someone as physically strong. Though I'm not entirely sure of what I can do (or what my max is), the last amount of weight I've squatted was 205 lbs. which doesn't seem to be a lot since I believe most people can squat twice their weight (I weight 234 lbs. or so). Read your recent post in Growing in Manliness, trying to reply...but keep losing my post (things are hectic at work).  I'll try to post soon, we're going through similiar things.  I wonder how much of your backstory leading to these issues is like my own. I'm posting here so you don't feel everyone is just ignoring your post.

I think, I need to learn to trust again, and it sounds like you're struggling with the same thing.  Maybe we can help each other?  Send me a message once we're friends and we can talk.
