Journal Keeping

I've recently been turned onto the importance of keeping a journal to support self-reflection and track progress in an individual's personal thoughts and goals. I purchased a moleskine journal and I plan to write creative pieces, thoughts/dreams, quotes and goals pertaining to my own life as they come to me and I progress with them.ITT: Share your favorite journal entry (or excerpt) from your own collection, and describe its importance to you. Cheers,See More

Paul replied to Jonny's discussion Was putting my dog to sleep the right thing to do?
"Not really. Might seem vulgar, but a gun shot to the head is easier and cheaper.  I'd rather him go at home where he grew up and his family is close by than on a table in a vet office. Plus I don't think I'd make the drive back…"
