Journal Keeping

I've recently been turned onto the importance of keeping a journal to support self-reflection and track progress in an individual's personal thoughts and goals. I purchased a moleskine journal and I plan to write creative pieces, thoughts/dreams, quotes and goals pertaining to my own life as they come to me and I progress with them.ITT: Share your favorite journal entry (or excerpt) from your own collection, and describe its importance to you. Cheers,See More

"Are you imply that we shouldn't be judging them by their words? which is the only thing we have to judge them by.  If it looks like a bunch of "men" bitching about women what evidence do we have to think that it is anything else?"
