I am currently serving in Afghanistan and want to look sharp for my lady when I get home and I take her out to dinner the night I get back.  I have never owned a suit so I got one made here by a…Continue

"The Vincero grey is light enough that dark brown shoes and belt would go well with it, I think, but for a special occasion in the evening, I would go with black shoes. Another suggestion: since you are wearing a vest, consider suspenders instead of…"

Profile Information

Interests
i enjoy a pretty wide variety of things from camping and being outdoors to staying in and playing video games. Some of my favorite things to do are playing golf, shooting, trying new craft brewed beers, hanging out with the guys smoking cigars, and my favorite of all would have to be spending time with my lovely lady.
Books
The Bible, Wild at Heart, No Easy Day, and The Hobbit would have to be my tops right now. I'm not a huge reader so my list isn't very long at all.
Movies
This is a tough one because there are so many great movies out there. Here are my top ten, in no particular order:
Braveheart
Of Mice and Men
Dumb and Dumber
Men of Honor
Saving Private Ryan
To Kill a Mockingbird
End of Watch
Jason Bourne series
Remember the Titans
Patton
Music
I will listen to pretty much anything that isn't considered to be pop music.

"Fair point about predicting the future.  One never knows for sure but you have to plan for some stability. We don't know yet if my son is learning disabled yet.  It is one of those things where you have to wait for them to get old…"

""Gender" wasn't something easily used to describe people before you were born. It was coopted by social scientists in the 50's from linguists and entered popular usage in the 60s. The terms have been confused ever since."

"Sex and gender were not confusing for most of my 65 years.  Nor can I imagine either to have been confusing to virtually all past generations, as my personal interactions with people, some of whose ages went back to the nineteenth century, and…"

"It's not a short leash. It's holding you to the same standards we try to hold everyone to.  The political relationship between individual rights vs. government authority is murky at best. Both conservatives and liberals choosing to…"
