New job, induction dress code

Hello gents,As the title suggests I have been invite to a new job induction. "I alter them myself. The problem is that you cannot alter a shirt's shoulders. I usually am able to find shirts which fit, and have a great wardrobe. It's just an issue for work shirts or other shirts which do not have an athletic fit."
