"Jewelers will tell you three-month's salary. One-month's take-home pay is probably closer to reasonable. So, if you make $60K, you're looking at a $3K-$4K ring. If you make $30K, $1.5K-$2K. If you make $10/hr., maybe $1000. You can…"

"1. Check and see if any of your family (grandparents, etc. have an heirloom ring you might use). 2. Check with a small custom jeweler about what you can do in your budget - making it unique goes further than making it big. "

Hey, thanks for posting the strip club experience. I'm sorry the religious zealots came after you like blood in the water. Crazy. The whole issue soured me on AOM membership and I think I'll limit my postings and seek company elsewhere.

I like a site that can talk about anything "manly" and give sound advice or shared experience. Not lectues on what a "man" is supposed to be. Good grief! YOU DON'T KNOW ME!!!

LOL.. sorry .. have a good time here.

"I am not sure they exist, but if they do: are they right? These definitions say they aren't. If people think it's honorable to lie, cheat, and steal, this doesn't redefine "honorable," but only shows their lack of it."
