Greetings and Salutations

Just wanted to introduce myself.  Grew up in Colorado, I have lived in several other states Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and South Carolina.  I have been a soldier, aircraft mechanic, IT guy, teacher, supervisor, handyman, husband, and father. I brew my own beer, run whenever I can, play the penny whistle, read whatever I can get my hands on, and go to church on Sunday.  I look forward to getting to know you all and being a part of the community."Life is too short for ordinary"  - NickSee More

Learn how to cook

I would like to challenge myself and learn how to cook in 30 days. Maybe learn one new reciepe every 3 days. Lately, I've been eating out and I feel that it's not very healthy for me and it also could get very expensive. To tell you the truth I don't really know how to start and decided to make a post here to get some ideas how to make my 30 day challenge to learn to cook make more structure and efficient. Any ideas are welcome, maybe somebody wants to join my challenge or already had similar…See More
