I have a very nice antique pocket watch that I'm fond of (it was an anniversary gift, so it has sentimental value in addition to being a cool watch).  It is open-faced, that is, it lacks the hinged…Continue

Nathanael replied to Vedant Dev Sharma's discussion Churchill : Was he good or bad?

Hey Nathanael, I applaud you for standing up for what's right (especially in regard to your posts in the thread about how one would react if their child came out as gay).  Keep the faith!

Sorry, didn't mean to offend with the great divide post.  It's just the antagonism between the parties has become rabid, down here in Texas, and, frankly, I am getting sick of it.  I think it's mostly media driven, but I wanted to hear what others thought, and, maybe, begin some rapprochement.  I've removed the discussion.

Sir replied to Mongoose's discussion Methinks "Manly" is a Misnomer?
"I am not sure they exist, but if they do: are they right? These definitions say they aren't. If people think it's honorable to lie, cheat, and steal, this doesn't redefine "honorable," but only shows their lack of it."
