"Buy a 35lb Kettlebell and do swings, snatches, thrusters and turkish getups. Swings alone will get you in incredible shape.  They did for me.  "

"What would you suggest id do to switch things up, i dont know many exercises i can do, i train on a sports track, which mostly has pullup bars, situp bench, and pushup handles plus the running track itself, ive come up with this to get more results…"
