Murchada replied to Mike Norris's discussion Man Jewelry
"It depends on what the jewelry is. I'm not too interested in gems. Check out the pewter pendants my company makes. So far I've got a Scottish lion rampart one, wolf, and Roman eagle. I always wear them under a shirt. They're thick,…"

Murchada replied to Terry's discussion Anybody else lost their father yet?
"Who says the father is the model for manhood? My father was never the sole model for my life. I learned as much from his mistakes as the things he did right. Ultimately, it's up to each man to figure things out and be the man he wants to be,…"

Paul MacAlindin replied to Zachary Stucki's discussion How do we inform more people about ISIS?
"I don't think that's fair. We're talking neighbourhoods as minorities in towns and cities. Mosul is a city in Iraq with 2 million people. I do however agree that Christians and other minorities in Mosul were driven out by ISIS,…"

To Sell or Keep...

Hey Gents,TL;DR at bottom. The time old debate....Should I keep my car or get a new one?So I am about to finally pay off my car after 5 years, something that I have been really looking forward to. Basically, I have invested $2,000 into the car on preventative…See More

"I don't think we need to do that. Western, and specifically American, media and culture is omnipresent throughout the world including on social media. You're just desensitized to it because its presence is part of your everyday…"

Paul MacAlindin replied to Zachary Stucki's discussion How do we inform more people about ISIS?
"From the perspective of my adopted home, Germany, I don't see people griping. I see a huge public debate, part of which is fuelled by neo-Nazis burning down accommodation for asylum seekers, another part of which comes from decent Germans who,…"
