Te aves Baxtalo, I was discussing the use of Gypsy as a Slur and though raised where it was I fear I've become desensitized to it as the infantry turned it to a nickname. How do you feel about it in your life?

Incidentally, nobody runs me off.  But I had developed the attitude that I was just going to continue to tell off anybody who wanted to fence with me, and for me that is a very unhealthy attitude.  The whole thing had gotten out of control and I had nothing to prove to anyone, anyway.  As for presenting facts, I cited a very good book on the subject.  If you have a real interest, and are not just on a mission to debunk everything you hear, that would be one I would start with.

Liam, I've had this same experience in other skeptics' groups.  They generally exist only to belittle others' beliefs.  I've said everything I had to say on the matter, except that based on overwhelming facts, including radar imaging, radiation readings, testimony by otherwise unimpeachable sources (military, police, pilots, etc), and reams of documentation of people describing the same types of craft, I can only conclude that something is going on.  I just want to know what it is, and to have people say that all that doesn't even exist, well, it just makes me want to throw my hands up and say "whatever."  I was only trying to make conversation, not convince you or anybody else of anything, especially when your minds are clearly already made up.  Finally the negativity was just too much of a waste of my time.  No hard feelings.  I would've sent you a personal message, but it won't work for me and nobody seems to want to fix it.
