Recommendations for a 12" benchtop disk sander?

I'm in the process of assembling a woodworking shop, and in the market for a nice bench model disk sander (freestanding models are nice, but I'm limited on space in the garage).Any suggestions for something in the 12" range?  I'm comparing a Grizzly, Delta, and a Central Machinery (Harbor Freight) model, and trying to keep the bill under 250$.  Ideas?See More
