Schwinn Airdyne

I have had a Schwinn Airdyne for the last 13 years. It was an impulse buy to be honest. I use it on and off.  I have been perusing the net and see that the Airdyne is a favorite among Crossfit aficionados. I prefer a three day a week approach and accumulate Cooper Points (some my recognize that blast from the past...). I have to confess that the Airdyne improves my wind and leg conditioning better than any  other piece of gym/home exercise equipment I have used.
