Front Squat Woes

I need some help, gentlemen. I'm 19 in college and my friend and I work out every morning before class. Our current leg day routine is:Lying Leg CurlSeated Leg CurlFront SquatLeg PressLeg ExtensionsWe do a 5 minute walk/fast walk/light jog beforehand and then do a little dynamic stretching. I start having problems when we get to the front squat. During the front squat a muscle in my hamstring/inner thigh area starts to really tighten up. (I'm not sure if it technically "tightens up," but it…See More

Marine Basic Training Graduation

Hello gentlemen! I could really use some help right now. My best friend is graduating from Marine Basic Training (in Parris Island) Friday morning and I am going to go watch because I am probably the closest thing to a family member he's ever had. My mom keeps reading online that the recruits were supposed to get packets that they would send out to be able to invite their family members. But he says that it is open to everyone. I honestly don't know a thing about what's going on. I was really…See More
