Well, I did it, I got a job. In the same field, but more challenging area; more money; and closer commute with some nice travel. I was lucky, very lucky in the is economy.I tried very hard though. I used this site a lot. I read Brett's "Hustle" like 2x per day, and the articles on TR. I worked out very strenuously every morning, mumbling to myself while lifting and running. The worst part about being unemployed is the pitty. Well I'm in the pit, Iaid off with a crappy serverance. I knew it was coming with the way the company was going, I've already had interviews with some more lines up. But there is no way to sugar coat the issue. I've been here before, but it feels different. Im older, the economy sucks, and I'm wondering what to do. Post when you can in the Philhellenes group. The other two, Iosephus and Cody, are familiar with ancient Greece.
