Well, the dark ale has been sitting in the fermenter for two weeks now. It's time to put it bottles and let it condition for a week.
I anticipated needing twelve bottles. Instead of buying new glass bottles I chose to recycle the bottles I buy that contain various New Belgium Brewery beers :) . So I pulled out twelve bottles, soaked them in hot water and dish detergent to remove the labels, cleaned them up and prepped them for receiving the dark amber goodness:
