Marathon Training (1-2 days per week????)

I have always tinkered with the idea of running a marathon. I have experience running 10K's, a 1/2 marathon, and I am active. Being in my 40's my knees just cannot take running 4+ days a week. Below…Continue

Dealing with a depressing job

Hi all,I'm looking for some advice on a work issue. Basically my job is getting me down, some days I feel ok, others I feel down and dread going in.I've ended up working in a hotel and mostly night shift.
