Mothers Wedding

Hello all,I have been asked to give my mother away at her second wedding, as her father passed away many years ago (before i was born). I am assuming i will have to give a speech at the reception as an equivalent to the father of the bride speech and have been struggling with deciding what type of speech it should be and what to say.
