I was just thinking about meditation and thought I'd bring the discussion here. What are your thoughts on meditation? Do you meditate? It doesn't have to be the seated silent meditation either. People meditate all the time doing all sorts of things (driving, walking, etc). I regularly practice yoga, and I'm happy that it's a form of exercise that has meditation built into it at the end of each session.
