Starting a new workout regime.

Hi all,As the title states, I´m going to start a new workout regime. I´ve read up about it and have come to the conclusion that i need to start off with mixed exercises. Since I do not have weights to work with, so I´ll have to get by by using my own weight for training.This is my current plan:Week 1:Day 1: Start with the Couch to 5k plan.
