I cannot wait. I have been looking forward to it for some time, and so has my date. It's junior prom, so I decided to wear a really nice suit as opposed to a tux (save that for senior year). I am picking her up, taking pictures with the group, going to dinner, the prom and then back to a friends house to chill.I'm prepared to have a great night and ready to put on the charm and be a gentleman. Any pointers from those of you who have already done prom? Do's and don'ts? See More

Jason Detwiler replied to LShieldes's discussion Run fat boy run
"Fat people and distance running are not good together.  I very strongly suggest you begin a barbell based strength program and after you build up some strength and lose some fat, then begin your quest for a 5k. Of course, the real question is:…"
