I really fell in love with the little town... well the whole area for that matter. Ten years later, she left me... took our two little boys and moved to the big city, 8 hours away. I ended up staying here. That was another 10 years ago. So, I am at least a 20-year native! You need to visit New Bern this year. It is our 300th year Anniversary!
