Hi George, I am into weight training and noticed your post about the gym. Could you share what your routine is? As you read my profile I am a pretty active guy...but I felt I should connect with you and I have always learned to trust my gut so to speak so, I did it. I notice liturgy is an interest of yours...are you involved in a church per-say? Catholic, Episcopalian, Anglican? I liked your response...LOL
