"Try Banana Republic or Club Monaco. They have a slimmer fit / look overall.  If that's too highbrow then Gap probably has something that would work. Target has a few Haggar and Levis sub-brands that might work. "

Still finding baggy pants

I've posted about this before, I'm hoping to get some additional advice. I just returned from a trip to the mall where I looked at Dockers, Haggar, and some store brand pants at Macy's, JCPenney, and a couple of other places. I wear a 36 in waist and tend to buy 38 in cotton pants because when the 36's shrink after washing, they're a bit too snug. The problem I'm finding is that even with "Straight fit" pants and Dockers D2's, the thighs are too baggy.  I used to bicycle quite a bit and I don't…See More

Recommendations for Clothing Suited to Hot, Humid Weather

Greetings!Although I've often read the material on this site, I never joined it, so this is my first post.I've read the blog entries on dressing for hot and humid climates, and what I'm hoping this community can recommend are specific brands and / or pieces of clothing suitable for summer in the Southeastern United States. I'm a teacher, and I live in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I'd like your suggestions for pants and shirts that are suitable for the classroom, church, and casual events. I'm…See More
