Hello, guys.  I just bought my first navy blazer and I have a few questions: 1) How tacky/outdated are the brass buttons and how intent should I be on replacing them? 2) I know the rules of a blazer…Continue

"Try Banana Republic or Club Monaco. They have a slimmer fit / look overall.  If that's too highbrow then Gap probably has something that would work. Target has a few Haggar and Levis sub-brands that might work. "

Still finding baggy pants

I've posted about this before, I'm hoping to get some additional advice. I just returned from a trip to the mall where I looked at Dockers, Haggar, and some store brand pants at Macy's, JCPenney, and a couple of other places. I wear a 36 in waist and tend to buy 38 in cotton pants because when the 36's shrink after washing, they're a bit too snug. The problem I'm finding is that even with "Straight fit" pants and Dockers D2's, the thighs are too baggy.  I used to bicycle quite a bit and I don't…See More

Did Christ doubt The Father?

This is one of the most often quoted parts of Christianity to "prove" that God doesn't care - that Christ died doubting God, saying :"My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?"Think on that for a moment, then read Psalm 22.Our Lord Jesus was quoting scripture for strength while He was dying on the cross, His faith never wavering.See More
