T-case rebuild went ok, had a few bearings I had to get removed as I would have scratched the t-case bearing surface and they were held in by internal retaining rings (without holes no less).  But it's rebuilt and I just need to tighten bolts to specified torque and re-install.  That's going to be fun without a helper or transmission jack.
