I just read "De-Cluttering Your Digital Life" and decided to make some needed changes to my smartphone use/routine[s]I normally don't use my phone at work: being a school teacher we are discouraged from using/looking at our phones during instructional time. 30 Days To be A Better Man

Just finished annual "30 Days To be A Better Man".
The activities were pretty much the same, with a few tweaks to the tasks.
I always revamp and re-edit my LOVE LETTER.
This time I took the plunge and learned a manual skill and changed the oil on my JEEP!!
I did not buy a straight razor, but had a my barber shave me .

Today I completed the 30 Days To be a Better Man challenge. It was quite an experience, luckily it was a Leap Year so I did Day 1 & 2 together.

To be honest, I feel a sense of honor, purpose and fulfillment.

Growing up on on the islands, machismo was very prevalent. Even as a boy I did "boy things"
