How to fast? One meal or two?

Fasting on Ash Wednesday was not something I am familiar with.  Years of not paying attention and just doing what I did when I was young etc.  Any way. I’m paying attention now. The rules of fasting is one meal or two small meals for the day.My question is what do you do for fasting?  This will be the first time I’ll be doing it.See More

David, I noticed that you didn't put your name on the members map, I was just looking to find out how close you were to the tornado that ripped through TUSCALOOSA, Alabama. Did you suffer any from that tornado?

Then I realized I went right by your fair city when I was escaping Hurricane Katrina. I was going to friends in Tupelo.  At the time I was living in Pass Christian.
