Trouble with lather

Hello gents.  I just started Real shaving this year, after receiving a Merkur Solingen and all the other necessary accoutrements for Christmas.  Loving it, but I am having trouble getting up a good thick lather.  I use Proraso shaving soap, and I bowl-lather...Any tips for getting it nice and thick?See More
