Recently i had a stroke (which is odd at 23) and i have been writting a great deal trying to get my handwritting back up to par. I have bought a few fountian pens and and started a journal and its realy helped make the most of my life.I think every man should keep a journal as it hightens your awareness of your surroundings and whats going on in your life.
