Clayton L replied to martman's discussion Merkur DE safety razor suggestions?
"I think this is a great idea - even if you end up still wanting a Merkur after buying a used razor. If nothing else, having another DE razor for length/weight comparisons when shopping online would be very handy."

I should have it sometime next week... Of course there will be pictures! BTW how's the pregnancy moving along? My Wife (Amanda) just had her Gestational Diabetes test, (the one were they drink that horrible soda.) we are waiting on the results of that. By all measurements we are still trucking along for April 27th or so.

as far as pointers can go... Here's what my dad told me.

1. Babies aren't as fragile as you think. Don't treat them like glass but don't treat them like a block of wood.

2. Every new parent screws up. Even your wife.

3. Don't feed the baby honey.

(apparently my mom screwed up and fed me honey as a baby.)

and hey if you get a chance throw a vote my way in the man bag contest... I made the top 5.

Hey Clayton,

Welcome to Man Bags and the AoM community! I think you’ll find a lot of great, interesting groups on here as well as fantastic discussions and people. Both my dad and myself have made some great friends on here.

In Man Bags, we talk a lot about Saddleback, but feel free to share with the group your favorite bag or company. This group is about bags of every stripe and color. Start a discussion promoting your favorite every day carry item. I assure you, you’ll find other people in the group who are like-minded. Not a fan of Saddleback designs, no problem. Tell us what you don’t like or what you’d prefer. I look forward to hearing from you in the group!
