Hello All,I would like to extend a jubilant hello from East Tennessee. I love this site and have shared it with many of my friends. My name is Chuck and I am a middle school science/social studies teacher, as well as a high school baseball coach.Teaching and coaching are my two passions as well as making an attempt to instil old school values in my students and players. You would be amazed at the number of young men that lack basic etiquette and manners. My kids aggravate me a lot for acting…See More

"It was more of something that I noticed. I'm a lot colder physically. In general, I run a bit hot. Admittedly, it may not have been a "life change", but merely an observation."
