Hi all, My name is Chris and I am new to the AoM community. I am looking for a support team to back me up on my endeavors!  First, a little bit of my story up until recently. While going to high school and being an all around teenager, I suffered from depression. "In my case I didnt lose weight as much as moved it around through exercise.  I find myself less cold because the cardiac training seems to improve blood blow. "

"It was more of something that I noticed. I'm a lot colder physically. In general, I run a bit hot. Admittedly, it may not have been a "life change", but merely an observation."
